Co-financed by INCIBE (National Cybersecurity Institute) and located in the Cantabria Science and Technology Park (PCTCAN), it is one of the milestones of the Digital Agenda of Cantabria and was created with the aim of strengthening the business fabric in terms of protection and response to cyber threats.
The Cantabria Cybersecurity Centre (C3) will offer advisory, training, awareness, and support services to all types of companies, regardless of their size or sector of activity, completely free of charge: www.centrocibercantabria.es
Among other facilities, it has a simulation area designed to recreate attack and defense scenarios, where it is possible to observe in real time how advanced cybersecurity solutions operate.
In this way, Cantabria becomes the only community with a simulator of these characteristics, capable of recreating, in the same space, a cyberattack on any type of company.
It also has a laboratory for testing and trials, an auditorium for organizing events, a consulting area, and a collaborative work area.
Concurrently with the launch of the Cybersecurity Center, SODERCAN has launched a new line of grants to promote the execution of projects and investments that contribute to increasing the level of cybersecurity in the business fabric of Cantabria.
