SODERCAN<\/strong>, the agency for the regional development of Cantabria, invites companies with the intention of carrying out their implementation process in Spain, to consider our region for the development of this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We support companies with different lines of aid, among which we want to highlight INVESTMENT AID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These grants aim to PROMOTE the development of projects in our region, so that they are an incentive for those companies that wish to settle with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer different lines of investment-oriented aid, depending on the jobs to be created and the amount of said investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such direct and non-refundable aid (non-refundable) can reach aid intensities of between 15% and 35%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main investment support programmes are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIR Cantabria (Regional Incentives Law).<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aid consisting of non-repayable grants, expressed as a percentage of the investment costs considered eligible with an aid intensity of up to 25%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the investment items presented, the following percentages of their amount will be considered eligible costs and therefore eligible for subsidies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buildings: 15%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Machinery: 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electronic equipment: 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cCRECE 2\u201d grants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aid aimed at investments for the acquisition of new tangible and intangible assets or the use of external consultancy services. Maximum intensity of up to 25%<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCRECE 3\u201d grants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Aid aimed at large investment projects amounting to \u20ac300,000 to strategic companies with productive investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also facilitate and accompany companies in their access to other aid at the state level with organisations such as the CDTI (Centre for Technological Development and Innovation), ENISA (National Innovation Company) or SEPIDES (State Society for Industrial Promotion), as well as access to state aid (PERTES), the Support Fund for Productive Industrial Investment (FAIIP) or at the European level (ERDF\/STEP Funds).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
